whats my teg worth now?
So I'm thinkin about selling my gsr and getting the new si. Just wondering how much you guys think my cars worth? 2000 red 2 door gsr. just under 90k miles. Only things i've done to it are aem short intake, suspension (coilovers, slotted brembo rotors, and some 16" gunmetal rims), and a nice system (Alpine speakers all around, 12" type-r alpine sub 1000 watts, 800 watt kenwood amp, deck does bluetooth, mmc/sd memory slotts, and usb port) and lastly a 2-way viper alarm w/ remote start. Let me know what you guys think its worth
go to edmunds.com and do their TMV (true market value). add ons to cars rarely increase their value, however on the actual market, with these integras, people tend to pay more than they should. take the tmv from edmunds and ask 1k more. you'll get alot of inquiries and someone will eventually buy it. i'd take 500 over edmund's tmv.
just my 2 cents though
just my 2 cents though
I would sell all parts and sell as stock and list it for 9-9,500. But do not list it on a tuner website like honda-tech or anything like that. Put it in a local paper and try to sell it to someone that does not modify cars. You will get the most money out of them.
If you try to sell it on a place like this you might get 8,500-9,000 as it sits now
That would be my guess.

I agree with this 99%. It's pretty common to find that modded cars bring LESS money than a 100% stock one. People assume that if you modded, you just pulled the nitrous bottles out and that the engine's got about a week of life left in it.
I say 99% agree because I'd not only advertise it locally....I'd stick with Craigslist because it's free and easy to deal with. You will get spammed, but you'll sell it. Remove the ad every 2 days and relist it again. This way...you don't have 19 ads up all at once but you stay on the first search page for Integras.
I spend waaaaaaay too much time on craigslist.

suspension i wouldn't bother unless you slammed it... slamming scares me away from cars. suspensions are hard to remove, so again, wouldn't bother.
as for audio... depends. aftermarkets with mp3 cd compatibility i think help, but the average person i think doesn't care about speakers, and they're not terribly hard to remove.

I would just leave the speakers in there, but take the sub out and wires before buy looks at it (get it to stock before they look at it). and talk to the buyer. and if they want the cd player just be like well I was gonna take it out but $100 on top of asking price and its yours or something like that.
