TD-44U Distributor Problem
Well I got engine swap with this distributor and in the process of disassembling everything I accidentally broke one of the spark plug wire connectors off the cap. So I go to my old parts and I found a cap off my 96' GSR that I replaced... problem is it doesn't fit. The top two holes are slightly off by just a hair... (bout an 1/8th of an inch) so my question is, does the OBD1 Dizzy differ from the OBD2 Dizzy, obviously this isn't a stock distributor but so long as it works I'm fine with it. First thing I will say I did was replace the rotor, that thing was so loose on the shaft.
Also do companies make aftermarket ones like the clear blue / red / green ones that will work for my application? I know I've seen them before and at night seeing it sparking is pretty cool...
