f**k now i finally found out way my f**king tires are wearing so bad. stupid shop messed up my alignment. if you guys are going to do your alignment never go to G&H GAS on Wesminster between Euclid and Brookhurst. stupid tech messed up my alignment so much that i already lost 1/4 for my new falken tire with just 5 days of driving. i'll post my up my align later for you guys to see.

 

Sorry to hear that !! Did you get a print out after the alignment?

 

Take it back there, have them fix the alignment while you watch, and make them pay for the tires.

 

i wonder if they forgot to tighten the locknuts.

Ouch. Same here. My alignment is off and I lost a little bit of my tires. But the owner of the shop told me I have a 90 day warranty and to check my tires frequently and if I notice any uneven wear, then bring it back for another alignment on the house.

 

f**kin shop didnt even give me a print out. i went to this other shop and when they put on the alignment rack damn! the second shop told me that the first shop gave me toe-in in front of 1.5* and a toe-in in rear of .4* on both sides. that mean that the total was 3* on front and .8* in back. basically i was dragging my tires. i should go back and tell the first shop to pay for my tires but the only thing is that my f**kin friend's friend owns that shop, nothing else i can do. but tell everyone here on honda-tech that don't go to G&H GAS if you going to do your alignment. those guys don't know what they talkin about. also they dont even give you a print out of your alignment angles.

 

+1 its (bad) toe that eats tires.

try Andersons, garden grove blvd at Western if you just want it done right

or suspension specialties in torrance if you want to set it up for the track

Just go back and ask politely for a refund. I would have went there before getting another alignment. Just say, "You're probably trying to run a good business but the job wasn't done incorrectly, I had it fixed elsewhere and I would like a refund because of the depreciation I lost on the tires."
