Default hybrid setup. Open for opinions.

Hey guys,

Doing a B20b/VTEC using a well B20b and a OBD1 B16a header. Now the things I would like to know is: Will any b-series head work for this? It's going to be a daily driver and all but i want the motor to be music to my ears, should i do a CTR valvetrain or just settle for aftermarket parts? What wiring harness would be best? I am running a b16a1 ECU chipped with the S300, and most likely going to use a Apex Integration VTEC controller. I will also be using an LS cable tranny that I currently have from my LS VTEC setup. I would also like to know would my Golden Eagle VTEC kit work and what head gasket should I use?

Thanks guys ! just let me know what you think would be best I appreciate the help.

There once was a man from Carlisle, PA.
He really wished he had bought a DA.
Now let it be said, he wants to be spoon-fed,

any b series header will work but its all about letting the parts work together... if you can get your hands on used ctr valve train for CHEAP do it but dont spend a whole lot on it cause you will make more power out of after market... i use skunk 2 pro 2 cams in my drag car but those r huge cams; need at least 13:1 compression for those, skunk 2 stage 2 cams make awesome power on most builds, i like comsmetic head gaskets, if you are going all motor ditch the shitty LS tranny for something with shorter gears, B16 trannys are great unless you have the cash for ITR which has the same ratio as b16 but has the loving LSD, BUMP for the build!
