I went to go to the track today but it got rained out and I want a idea of what I should run heres my set up

Come ON people, easily a 14!! There's a guy at the local track running 14.8 with a ZC, all motor, runs low 14s on the bottle (Zex)

He's been building it for allmotor. I think it's a Zex 55 shot. Car is gutted, yes, running street tires. I/H/E, I'm not really sure what else.

If you had an SI tranny, Intake, Header, Exhaust, 55 shot, you would have a good shot at mid 14. I ran a 15.8 with full tank of gas, bootleg intake, exhaust and SI tranny and short shifter. Thats it. I can run a 15.4 I think with an exceptional run. Just get good take offs thats all you need.
It really isnt a big deal at all to just take your rear seats out. It will save a **** load of weight. I would deffinatly take those out. Took me maybe 5 mins to get mine out, just do it at the track when you get there.

I ran a 15.1 at 89 mph last year in my crx with a dohc zc in it. It had a bad cluch poor traction and full interier. I was happy with that. This year I exspect between a 14.8 and 14.5 I have done alot. I have cai header msd igntion new act stage 1 cluch and factory lightined flywheel gutted interier and test pipe. No NAZ here.

i had a zc in my dx hatch....with a zex 55 shot ...with intake exhaust only...never timed it but it was pretty IMPRESSIVE.......i got a mustang 5.0 with it....im assumin it will do mid 14s...ZC IS FAST WITH NITROUS....

Eli actually ran a 13.7 last year on drag radials (Nittos I think). He was consistantly running 100+ MPH, but he doesn't squeeze in 1st gear, or else he could probably run 13.5 or better.
Dont worry, if you can drive....you'll be in the freagin' 14's.....way into the 14's...like 14.1 with your nitrous setup...I got a 14.9@92 with an all motor D16z in my crx....and everyone says that the ZC's are faster than the SOHC's..so...hopfully theyre right.
