Default what are your daily driven spring rates

i am in the market for some koni yellows and ground control coilovers for my 95 del sol and am stuck on what spring rates i should get. i called ground control and they said i should look at an 8" 380lb spring in the front and a 7" 420lb spring in the rear. what do you guys think? this car is my daily driver that i take to the track on weekends (at least 2-3 times a month) and drive spirited through the week. the car is sitting with a d15b vtec turbo with around 230whp. i am looking to be able to pull some good 60' times on my slicks but still be able to comfortable daily drive the car. what is everyone's oppinion? insight on your spring rates and how they ride would be awesome!

anyone else with any input? 18k in the rear is way too stiff for what i am looking to do.

you are better off asking this question in the suspension forum. maybe someone can move it there for you.

yeah thats cool if someone wants to move it, i was just wondering what the weekend racers were running for the spring rates. would the spring rates ground control suggested still give me a decent ride with a performance edge?
