Default Too big of a resonator = power loss?

Is this true? I decided to get a 22" magnaflow resonator with the 2.5 kteller exhaust piping along with a 2.5 magnaflow oval muffler (To avoid cops) . The "power" seems to be there. Opinion? BTW its an em1 with R motor.

Is the exhaust already installed? If not, install i first and see how loud it is. Then if it's too loud, just take it to a muffler shop and use their resonators and have THEM do it, shouldn't be more than $50.

A resonator is a resonator.

straight through, or "high flow" resonators absorb sound without impeding exhaust gases.

Everything is installed, it basically sound all stock . Only thing I'm worried about is the performance I may lose since its a huge resonator

Did you test it on the *** dyno? Does it feel any different?

It shouldn't be noticeable.

it feels more responsive at lower RPMs, I can't say much on top end, but all i know is dat there is hardly any exhaust noise
