Default What ecu can I run

I've got an OBD0 B16A1 but it's all wired and set up for an OBD1 ecu so what one would be best

a chipped p28 would be best if you plan on future tuning

I'm not a fan of chipping an ecu...so I would suggest any obd1 vtec ecu with Hondata piggyback...S100/200/300 depending on mods you have..although a P28 is a good start.
