How much would you pay for this 04 civic?
I'm about to buy an 04 LX Coupe for a DD instead of my CRX. Well its a long story about the car but a relative has it now but the car has been neglected. My main concern is when I checked the oil none appeared on the dipstick at all. But after it idled for a few seconds there was oil splashed up on the dipstick but It was more like sludge. The car has 40k miles on it. The front end has some slight damage but just needs a new hood, rad. support and everything measured out to be straight. Here are some pics:

$17.39 + tax. No really, I personally wouldnt give much over 8k for it, saying I was in the market for that style. Ive looked at this particular model for my sister who is about to turn 16, and AROUND HERE, they go for around 8-11.5k with 40-90k miles on them. So its a big range. Just see what kind of deal you can get on it and if you feel comfortable with the price, go for it. You are the only one you have to satisfy in the long run anyways. Good luck

I'd say keep shopping if someone wasn't maintaining their car well.
