Default Floaties in Brake Fluid

I just bled the brake fluid from the integra with Valvoline Synpower. Everything went pretty well and my pedal in definitely firmer (good news since this was my first bleed) but when I added the new fluid into the reservoir it stirred up some white stuff. It wasn't solid, more gelatenous (sp?). The fluid that was in there was pretty old I think so I tried to flush it out fairly well; I used over half the bottle of valvoline. Can anyone tell me what the white stuff was and if it's bad or not?

Thanks

-Chris

Oh okay, do I need to do anything about it? Should I flush it some more?

Thanks for the quick response btw.

yes, get all the water out of your brake lines. if you do not, it will boil as soon as you do any hard braking and you will have air in your brake lines. air = mushy pedal.

air = mushy pedal = long time use problems = master brake cylinder breaks. (mine did)
