Impossible, unless you do it illegally.

You will fail for excess Carbon Monoxides, Hydro Carbons, & Oxides of Nitrogen- Emissions Test plus don't forget about the visual.

I see Mississauga ON as a location, canada emissions testing is not near as bad as Cali's.
it is possible but not easy. Takes a lot of messing with the tuning and getting things perfect for the test. Not worth it IMO, just pick up a cat and drop it in there for a day.

ITR rear seats?
They are worried about how the car runs not how safe it is.
secure the seats before you have to slam on the brakes and end up with them at the back of your head.

I'm new to this Honda stuff so my answer might not be relevant.
When you say ITR rears, I assume you're talking about suspension components. If your not, disregard my answer.

If there is exessive play when the tech starts pulling and pushing the wheels... it will fail.

lol na man the back rest are in snug they fit perfect. But the part of the seat you sit on its basically just placed there with the belts through it. Its not like there gunna sit in my back seat right. So it should be fine?

I barely failed HC idle, passed everything else with 93 civic si, 3" exhaust, stock header (no cat) and a b18c r motor, I put a gallon of ethanol in on a half of tank of gas, ran it for an hour and went to do the test. Prob could of passed with a slight adjustment, but I ended up licensing it in a diff city. May work for you tho

u will fail. if ur car is obd2 and they hook up the computer to ur car and u have no CELs u will pass that part. but u will fail cause they do a visual inspection on ur car. and since ur car comes with a cat from the factory, and u dont have one, u will fail.
