B series shift linkage/D series for EF swap

Default B series shift linkage/D series for EF swap

would it be possible too use the D series shift linkage for a B series swap by cutting off the ends of a b series shift linkage and welding them onto the d series anyone ever done this.
this is for the EF b series swap
i have a busted *** b series shift linkage and i was wondering if i could do that too my D series shift linkage

y not just get a stock B series linkage and shorten that one if ur current one is busted.

heres the deal lol...

-i have a B series shift linkage that is all bent and craked BUT the ends are good!

- i have my stock d series shift linkage still?

-can i cut the ends of the B series shift linkage and mate it too the d series shift linkage so it can work with the b series tranny/??

my buddy did it with his stabilizer bar once but all you would have to do if lengthn the shift rod you dont need to change the end on it all i did was get a smaller piece of tubeing that barely fit inside it and adjust it to where i needed it then welded it
