Pm stands for personal message or somethign like that. if you want to know if somebody Pm'ed you or whatnot, Click on "My Profile" on the right hand side of your screen, and then click on "Innstant Message History" or something like that and it should pop up all of your personal messages or w/e. hope this helps

 

and if you want to send someone a Pm, click on the little button
as shown above ^
