fuel filter how to??
to change it? remove ur fuel cap and remove both the fuel lines, one having another smaller bolt on top to relieve pressure so remove that first then remove the actual fuel line. Remove the fuel filter from the bracket and replace with new filter and new washers. Easy as pie.
I've done it b4, just as he stated.. And DO NOT under any circumstances turn on the car before you've tightened the bolts to the fuel lines that go to the fuel filter... I thought it was tightened, started it and gas was spraying.. Luckily towels were all over the engine bay and i immediately switched it off.. Cleaned bay up, tightened more and then it was fine.
Thanks a lot fellaz, hopefully ill be knockin this out this weekend and i hope this solves my BOG problem! O yea, are u sayin not to lose the washers that are on now or 1's that i'd get with a new filter?
