Default 94ls dc2 to b20z help

I just want to say this site is GREAT source of info as I spent almost all day reading about B20's yesterday. Lots of good posts. I just want to make sure my ducks are in a row before I drop any $ and was wanting some opinions. I have a almost stock (i/h/e) 94 ls integra w/5 spd. The tranny is good (worn clutch) but the motor although still running has a dead cylinder. I have found a 21,xxx mile 2000 b20z us crv motor for a good price (still in the crv) and and want some opinions on what to use from the two motors as to have the best setup. This is a DD car and will never have any more then a few blot on's.
Question 1
If i just put a new clutch (ls or gsr) and resurface my ls flywheel it will bolt up properly to the b20 correct?
question 2
I use the ls :intake, injectors, exhaust, pulleys, and dizzy?

From reading I think I can use all my ls parts and just bolt everything on the crv if I am correct? If I use all my ls parts will I have to change any wiring on the ls harness to use this crv motor? Thanks for all the help and for such a great site And if there is anything I am missing on doing this swap please inlighten me.

And one last thing I will have about $400 to spend after I purchase the motor, clutch and timing belt. Where would my $ be best spent?

So its just the same as putting a b18b if I use all my componets correct? Any thoughts on the computer? Will the motor run lean with the stock ls computer or be fine? Is there anything I would need from the junk yard crv other then the complete head and block? Just want to be 100% sure before I go to the wrecker after I get off work tommorow and get this thing. Thanks a BUNCH!!!
