I just test fitted my RPM service 76mm TB on my H22 and I have a question. By looking at the pics you can see where the green arrow is pointing there seems to be a passage way (for coolant I assume) and that is really the only problem I see with portmatching it and I am wondering how I should go about doing it because I dont want to have that restrict the airflow or have air travel in the passage, so if anyone has run into this before please share. Also I don't want this to turn into a "just get a sheetmetal manifold/why do you have the stock manifold" thread, I have made my choice (intake is gutted) and I just want to know what to do here, thanks.

Your only choice would be to weld up that port then bore it out. If you dont want to do that, but have to keep the IM, then you could just get a smaller TB. What are the goals for the car, and is the 76mm tb really necessary? Good luck man

I think that is what I am going to do, just weld it up and bore it. I do want to keep the stocker becuase of fittiment and it now has more volume thank most sheetmetal mani's. I got the 76mm because it matches my 3" piping and I should be near the 700whp mark. Thanks for the input.
