I'm pretty sure if you remove the plate that covers the cam caps, two holes will be visible on the cam cap that covers the cam seals. Use the proper sized screwdriver or punch to put in the hole in the cam cap to hold the cam gears in place while installing the t-belt.

im assuming you already have it apart. loosen the tensioner so its only a half turn loose , just enough to get it to slide. make sure spring is on its hook. push on tensioner gently to give you slack , than tighten bolt again temporarily. make sure the cams arrows are straight up , the little dashes are pointing directly at each other on sides of cam wheels in middle. make sure the crank is pointing at TDC. drape the timing belt over the cam gears , no slack in between the cam gears. holding with your right hand on the intake cam gear , put belt under the crank pully , making sure there is NO slack in between the exhaust cam wheel and crank pully. now get it around the water pump with no slack in between intake cam and water pump , than tuck it over tensioner. now crank tensioner bolt again , it will take the slack. before tightening tensioner bolt again , using the crankshaft pully bolt , turn the engine counterclockwise like 3 teeth , thats it just an inch. than retighten tensioner bolt. thats it your good to go. throw bottom cover on , depending on what year not to pinch CKF wiring. throw crank pully on , but before you do , look for the timing marks. 1 by itself , 3 together as a group. using a flathead screwdriver and white paint , mark the middle mark of the group of 3 , tighten to 130 ft/lbs. throw top cover on , blah blah blah , lol. once its ready to run , take passenger side kick panel off , cross the blue 2 pin connector like you were looking for codes. than start the car and let it warm up fully by keeping the revs at like 2500 rpm till fan comes on. now hook your timing light on battery and #1 plug wire. aim gun at crank pully using pointer on timing cover , make sure your using pointer correctly. gun should flash everytime the white mark you made in the middle mark of the group of 3 lines up with the pointer. if it doesnt , loosen the 3 12mm dizzy bolts , and adjust it till it does. once its perfect , tighten everything , remove gun , SPOOL AWAY!!. assuming your tuned anyways , lol.
