I bought an eg shell and it has a p28 ecu operating a b16a from a 1999 usdm si. but it isn't chipped so i need to buy a chipped one with the rev limiter adjusted accordingly for the b16. does anyone know of a good website to purchase an ecu for my set up. I dont plan on f/i of any sort. most likely just camshafts and gears. I dont really want to send in my current ecu because i have another eg that could use it in the future.

 

Both Phearable and Kenji offer chipped ECU's.

yep those two are the only two i'd trust...

 

sounds like stock so a stock ecu will work fine

also, the USDM 99 SI came w/ the b16a2, not the b16a..thats the JDM version

 

what are you talking about dude? they had b16a2s in japan. I realise that its a b16a2 but i didnt care to clarify. b16a is series 1 a2 series two. take a look at the different series on hmotors
