h22 flywheel turque specs.

im doing my clutch and lightened fly wheel today but searched and cant find the torque specs for the h22 flywheel. any help would be great..

if memory serves right, something like 76 lb/ft on the flywheel, then 17 on the pressure plate, but definately double check that. Check hondahookup.com

Flywheel - 76 ft/lbs
Pressure Plate - 19ft/lbs

Make sure and loosen and tighten them in a criss cross pattern to prevent warpage.
