e brake handal removal

e brake handal removal

ive got a 99 civic ex and i cant figure out how the e-brake handle comes off, any special tricks?

Saw it somewhere before...you need to use a dremel to cut it off??? correct me if I'm wrong

Do you mean the cover off of the actual assembly?

It's a pain in the ***. i ended up using a wood block and a hammer and tapping it off, that ****** is ON THERE.

it's bolted in. Undo said bolts and take it off.
