DIY CTR City Lights?

Only part I'm confused about how do you go about to drill the hole and the slits so that the socket will stay in. I remeber a thread a long time ago and found a list on what to use, 194 sockets and 194 wedge bulbs.

The socket looks like this

i would say, save up and buy real ones. edit: real ctr headlights that is. fake painted/ebay replicas looks like ****.

i rather spend the 400-500 on my motor than headlights...and my headlights arent painted.

thanks but that doesn't help me. that thread is if you already have real ctr's...

well the slits don't look to thick, so i would just dremel out a hole big enough to fit the socket in then take an exacto knife and cut out the slits...
