HEY WHATS UP TO I CAME ACROSS A MAN SELLING A SHELL OF A DA WITH A CLEAN TITLE FOR $200 AND A RHD FRONT CLIP FOR $3OO THE SHELL IS A PROJECT CAR NO WINDOWS, DOOR PANELS, ETC. I DONT KNOW HOW I WOULD GO ABOUT DOING THE CONVERSION I NEED SOME ADVICE. PLEASE HELP. THANX

 

There a couple different ways you can go about it. You can take all the **** from the front clip and transfer it over or you get a plasma cutter and cut the shell, then weld the right hand drive clip. Just remember if you use the plasma cutter that the integrity of the car is going to be weaker.

 

i talked to some guys and they where saying that all you have to do is cutt the firewalls on both cars and swap them but i need more info. like where to cut the firewall on both cars.

instead of cutting out the firewall... you can do a much cleaner job but this will be much harder but overall much better... drill out all of the spot welds from both and pry out the fire wall.. do it to both and just put it back in and weld it back in place

that is the best way. if you dont cut both walls exact your gonna have problems. drill out the spot welds. or you can sell me the clip
