I think gold looks good on black. But based on the rim, I would pick the black one.

Not bad. I would get the black for sure though. Black on black on black (car / wheels / tint) = sex.

Are they even worth putting on the car? Is it a good choice? I want a good set with a dish that has a nice look slammed rolling....yes the car black, tint, slammed, debadged....i want that kill look and its hard to get a set of wheels with a dish that arent to crazy offset or too wide.... I cant decide if they would be good, or they might just be to cheapy...of a look.

If you're worried about that, save up your money and buy real wheels.

Maybe it's the lighting of the pictures or something, but the gold one looks really tacky.

I debated getting those for a while but they don't come in a size practical for my Si. I wanted wheels that fit properly.
Type X is right. There are no 17 x 8 D2's and when you jump into the 18 x 8 sizes your offsets are limited to 25 or 48 when it comes to 5x114.3

Some of you guys are taking this "fake" stuff way too far. So if someone can't afford the authentic wheels then they shouldn't get cheaper, more affordable wheels that look alike? Not everyone has the luxury of having tons of money to mod their vehicles, but does that mean they shouldn't mod it at all?

I just got a quote from DRFLICKner who says can get them in that size...610 shipd. I do know they make them in 7.5 and 7 and 8.5.... And as for the offsets they can be had in pretty much any offset. They are making them like that now for all of the dorifto homies...

Hey thanks man....I have money, but I choose to invest the big dollars into my house, ordering new granite counter tops etc...my future then wasting it away on trying to make sure im repping the right name brand wheel. Id rather spend my money on 250 dollar jeans and 500 dollar shoes so that the bitches at the bar think im a roller, then a punk kid at a stoplight anyway.....

I stated earlier in my posts that drflickner on here quoted me at 610 shiped for the wider wheels with the custom offset so I feel thats a pretty good price?

Come on Guys Rotas aren't THAT bad as this thread makes them seem. Its just a wheel, and is "similar" to the real JDM wheels. If the OP is on a budget, then what else do you want him to get? Konigs? Enkei? I think all of those wheel brands are "ok", at least he's not going with really cheap brands like ICW Racing, SportMaxx or Drag...

According to Rota's stock list.. the offset and width combo you're talking about doesn't exist. Might want to look into it a bit more before dropping the $$. If they do make them in that size lemme know where you found out in a PM or something. Good luck

No, if they don't have the money, they shouldnt be putting it into their cars at all.
