i just put in a DC5 momo steering wheel on my 1997 EK hatch and the SRS light stayed on. i opened it up again n reconnected the SRS wire but the light is still on. i wanted to kno if these means the air bag isnt reading/working properly or if its even an issue. if so tips on how to fix it so everything can work smoothly and safely would be helpful.

You need to reset the SRS system to make it work.

Just reset the light. It still works though.
