Quick question about radar scanners

What do you guys with them do if you actually do get pulled over and the cop sees it, aren't they illegal?

(legality) depends where you live for the laws. I live on the VA NC line va illegal. NC legal.

my mate said to the cop that it was a hands free kit for his phone.. lol

but usually just rip it off the window and put it under the seat..

i never hide my radar detector... only once a ccop asked me why i have it... and i said i got it as a present. its legal in illinois....
