Front Blinker Wiring Setup...
I'm bringing this thread back up because no one answered this question satisfactorily before.
I've got a 97 SH. Obviously the front blinkers only blink when the signal is activated. The side bumper marker and driving light in the headlamp will light up when the parking lights are activated. All currently factory wired.
The thing I'm trying to do is have the blinkers blink as well as stay lit when parking lights are on. The front blinkers will have 2 functions; blink when signal is activated, and stay lit solid when parking lights are on.
How do I do it?
Is there any dual filament socket that will fit in the factory blinker housing without using a dremel?
Can I use a relay somehow?

You can but im telling you now that the bumper lights will melt because they werent meant to be on all the time. I did that with my old accord and it looked cool but the inside where the blub screwed in was melting. The relay diagram is online here somewhere, i dont have it anymore.
Yea, I was thinking of a relay setup. And about the bulb socket melting, what if I use an LED bulb? I know I'll get a fast blink, but I'll just use a resistor to fix that.
Anyone else know how to do this?

The Accord might be different because I know mine have never melted and I did the modification. But I have the non OEM clear lights. The key is the wattage of the bulb, I beleive 1157's have 4 watt and 15 watt filaments, so if you wired it wrong it could possibly melt.

I was going to use a 1157 bulb but there is no socket, as far as I know, that will fit perfectly in the prelude blinker housing. I'd have to dremel that out.
