they are both 1st gen heads.

1st one is missing:

cam caps and bolts, both manifold ( i believe)

2nd one is missing

vtec solenoid, valve cover, both manifolds,

Which one would be better to get?!? Im iffy on the first one because i read on here somewhere that if the cam caps are missing the head is pretty much useless cause caps from another head wont work for some reason.

Get the one missing a solenoid and valve cover.

Costs less to replace, and easier to install without ******* it up. You'll need complete manifolds for both, so that isn't even a factor.
