buddy of mine is thinking of selling his car, and his ek sedan is very nicely done IMO. he wants to sell the car and pickup a sti or something with more power; the last time i had a track car was 4 years ago and i'm feeling the itch again..plus i want a summer car (i have a 2 stroke kart that i race w/...but that's besides the point since i rarely have time to race it due to my work schedule)

he's asking around 13k; i'm thinking that's just a tad high for a EK... do you guys htink it's a fair price, i'm avoiding a lengthy price negotiation with him since the last thing i want is a blowup between $$; but at the same time i dn't wanna feel like i'm ripped off either.

i'm not trying to post this as a feeler or what not; i just want to know if 13 is a fair price for that car; that's all.

 

I'd go for 11,500-12,000. I think that's fair with the mods he's purchased.

 

Its way overpriced. Just buy a shell and go from there, you'll definately spend way less.
