Default B20 OR B18

I am looking for a swap into my 92 civic 4door i was looking at the b20's and also the b18b1 and i was wondering what swap i should go for? What motor will have more potential in the long run? how much am i looking for in cost plus what kind of trannys bolt up? a lot of questions but im trying to get ready for my build. any info will help. thanks!
