Good condition and is complete besides the intake manifold. Motor it came from spun a bearing. no bent valves. I want 80 bucks out of it so you guys can add shipping on top of it. Will come with the headgasket and headstuds also. I can take better pics of it on request as it was pulled off the motor since. thanks
