Please help me sort out compatible parts.


I have a 91 CRX.

I need to replace the driver headlight and cage and the driver front fender.

Does an 88 headlight cage bolt up to a 91 car with a 91 fender?

Does an 91 headlight cage bolt up to a 88 fender?

Please help unconfuse me. Thanks.

yes u can use the 88 headlight and headlight bracket on a 91 crx with 91 fenders, BUT ur corner lights will not be able to hold onto ur fenders because the 88 fenders use screws to hold in the corner lights and the 91's use clips to hold the corner lights in and they go screwed into the headlight bracket.
so in other words u can do it but u have to have the right clips on the fenders.

 

Thanks! Can I just drop a screw through the fender for the corner light ?

 

just order them from honda i think they are less then a dollar a piece or if you can find an 90-91 in the junkyard with the head lights still there you can pop the clips out where the turnsignial gets screwed in and use the one out of your housings
