Manufacturer oil rating

what is the oil rating for 5th gen prelude? i wanna use manufacture recommended oil. was it 5w30 or 10w30?

helms says 5w-30 for extreme temps, but if te temp doesnt get below 20 degrees F, 10w-30 is fine
