Default back up battery with built in siren Install Help

Ok I purchased a back up battery with a built in siren. I am going to place this inside my car and leave the stock under the hood. I was going to just soder into the stock siren wires but this has 4 wires. It has the ground, power, negative trigger, and positive trigger. Not sure wich or where the trigger should connect. I have a CS 2016 DP alarm. How exactly show I install this? No instructions came with it.

im gonna take a guess and say you hook up the ground, the power, and the negative trigger should tap into the siren that your alarms hooked up to.

i could be wrong though.

Ya thats what I was thinking also but bot sure. I figured hook up ground and power to the same wires as the stock siren. Thinking not sure bout the negative trigger. Was going to attach it to the power wire so when cut. That does not seem right at all though being a negative trigger.

The power and ground are connected to 12V+ constant, [hot at all times] the ground should be grounded along with the alarms ground, [same spot on the chassis] or it can be grounded to any chassis point.

You can now turn it on, it will take a bit to charge the batt. fully.

If you touch the negative trigger lead to ground, the siren will go off.
If you touch the positive trigger to 12V+ the siren will go off.
If you disconnect either the power or ground, [batt. neg.(-) or pos.(+)] siren will go off.

If you also want the siren to go off when the alarm and it's siren goes off, you will need to connect the alarms siren output to the BBS, [backup batt. siren].
If the alarms siren output is neg.(-), connect it to the BBS's neg.(-) trigger, if the alarms siren output is pos.(+) connect it to the BBS's pos.(+) trigger.

If your alarm has an "alarming out", [pos.(+) or neg.(-) output only when alarm is triggered into full alarming mode] use it and the BBS will not chirp when you arm and disarm the alarm. 94
