how do you unplug the clip that connects from the frame to the wiper motor

 

If you are talking about a dc2/4 integra then all you have to do is remove that black plastic piece on the hatch and then you'll have access to the wireing for the rear wiper motor.
You can either get the plug from heeltoe or buy it direct from honda - just get one for an eg hatch.

 

if you are talking about a DC, you dont need to buy the plug. The plug is on the firewall right under the battery. Put some silicone on it and pop it in place and let it sit.
