Default Quick question that need quick answer.

Just found out that my gaz lines( both to the engine and return) next to the clutch and under the backseats are rusted. And smells octane.Probably leaking.
I have seen my garagiste do it once but making sure about it.

2 questions.
1 Are they under pressure? That prevents me to cut them?
2 can i just replace with rubber tubes? And what kind should i get?
