damn, i was just reading the thread about the email account they setup and the posters. My thoughts are with his friends and families. thats tough.

damn...I'm at a complete loss. So sorry to hear about this happening to anyone, but it's that much harder when it's a drag racer. God's Speed Eric, you'll be greatly missed

eric was on of my favorite racers and with my favorite team jfr. my heart again goes out to another fallen poweraide racer eric medlen and before darrell russell. wow i cant see how this could be, all the saftey stuff and development, god bless his family and i hope theres a cow to russle or a funny car to drive in heaven! i miss him!

 

prayers and thoughts are with his family. Rest in peace

 

I just read this a few minutes ago on NHRA.com. That is a great loss for the sport. These are sad news to hear.

 

man what a tragedy. as john force said, he was the "Next Generation of John Force Racing".. That says alot... RIP my brotha

 

sad for for the drag racing community. Condolences to his family and JFR.

I cant believe this at all... an unbelievable loss to the drag racing world.
And my wishes go out to the families of Eric and John Force Racing.

wow... rest in peace... sad to see it happen but with sport like the fuel cars its just a matter of time before something tragic will happen even with all the saftey that goes into building these cars. hope the family and jfr camp the best

I'm sure he's not giving you the thumb down, he just hit the reply after your post.

Very sad to lose another racer at a yound age, at least he went doing what he loved.

True enough... but still sucks, and it doesnt happen very often.

But always a risk with fuel cars. And im sure Eric, and all the other drivers relize this everytime the suit up and get into the car. It just sucks.

He died doing what he loved to do...
