so i think my red 98 gsr got stolen this morning on e. 16th st. on osu's campus. if you guys coyuld keep an eye out, its got black painted blades and is pretty stock besides that, but the wheels set it apart. thanks guys. im kinda scared because i dont have any money for a new car...

i dont have full coverage, so they wont give me a dime. id post a pic, but they were opn my laptop that was in the car under the seat.

 

If your car did get stolen, sounds like your screwed then.....sorry to hear. Any type of security devices on your car? have you called the police yet to see if it has been towed, and if not...report it stolen?

 

yeah i have called. i had a security system, but it hasnt been working quite right, so i doubt it made a difference.

 

You think?... I guess it has to happen to someone sooner or later... (Not being a ***) I feel you man. My 94 Gs-R got stolen last december and I only had liablity... the good thing was that it came back in one peice (minimal stuff jacked). 2 days later I got another Teg full insured. I wanted a 98 or so Impreza... but didn't find any in my area... anyhow if your Teg did indeed get jacked I hope it comes back at least in one peice.

first of all, if youre going to tell me about full coverage insurance, f off. dont you think i have thought about this before? i live on a farm in a pretty rural area and was only in osu for one night, so thievery was never really considered. my car was just stolen, so itd prolly be best to not say im stupid and that sort of thing, bc im in the mood i might come cut your ***** off. and to everyone else, thanks a lot for caring and keeping an eye out. the only pics i have of it are on my myspace. it actually has black wheels and a black bumper, the other pics are old and/or photochopped. thanks.

hope you get your car back man. it happens to some of us even if we believe it or not. i almost had my car jacked out of my own driveway a couple of times. not to long ago i just did full coverage and someone tried to do it again. sorry about the loss.

 

they found it and apparently caught the thieves in the process of stripping it!!! hopefully they didnt get that motor out.. ill find out on monday how many hours and dollars worth of damage i have to fix.. if its too bad i might swap it to a civic and save some $. thanks for the support guys!

that **** makes me nervous as expletive man. i'm moving close to campus in the summer (i only live 10 minutes away but i'm going a little closer) and that's why i've been wanting to sell my car. ******* thieves at least you got it back and if the people got caught, i'm sure you'll be able to get some money back

got the car-its not too bad if you think of what could have happened. apparently my car has low jack (sp?) and the police drove right to their garage and found a father and son wrenchin on my car. ill post some pics if you guys are interested. they still got my intake and filter, radio and face plate, battery, laptop, and obd2 code reader, and lots of small stuff, like emblems. also, they destroyed the entire dash and console and the engine is in with only 3 or 4 bolts with everything unplugged. i got lots of their tools too, bc there a bunch of them in the car when i picked it up lol. annnd, i found a fuse box from another teg in my back seat, so its obvious that theyve done this at least once before... ill post pics later if anybody wants to see.

 

wow. great example for your kid. that's ridiculous. you have pics of the thieves? i wonder if anybody around here knows them.
