does the amp in the car power all the speakers or just the sub????? i have been hearing both answers. because im looking on doing the avic-d3 but i dont want to lose my sub either. so if anyone knows about this or any thing i need to know about wiring it please let me know. i would like to keep the stock sub. somone on 8thgen told me you need to tap 2 wires but didnt explain it fully to me idk.

 

I've got the Avic-D3 installed with all speakers and sub working. I'm going to try to post a DIY next week when I get back home.

 

how is the sound and sound quality??? do u remember off hand what u did?

ALSO i saw in the directions you have to hook it up to the vehicle speed sensor how was that?
