I have been searching for all white tails for a 94 Del sol so that I can spray tint half red. I saw a pair and htey looked really hot. Problem is I can't locate any clear tails for my car. Does anyone know where I could score some or even better tails that are already 50 red 50 white.

No one makes any. You'll have to get them custom done.

I can't seem to remember the name, but I did see a place online a month or two ago that specialized in making clear taillights. You would send them your factory tails, then they would clear them and send them back. Maybe try a search on Google or something...sorry I couldn't help you out more.
