Alright guys, I'm getting ready to rebuild by b18a1(OBD1 if that helps) What parts should I really concentrate on replacing. I want to get some pretty good performance out of it if I can but I don't want to go LS/VTEC or turbo or NOS...I wanna keep it all motor. What are good eternals like pistons, rods, ect.....thanks for all the help guys

 

Good internals......stock rods, ARP rod bolts, P30 pistons
