i got a 94 gsr motor and i was wondering what would be a good size for the motor.. never bought one so i don't know.. there is this guy htat is selling his edelbrock one for 100 and its 70mm is that good or bad.. i got a guy to tune my ecu too.. and my manifold is a skunk2 pro series .. i got all the basic bolt ons .. and just wanted to know asap ... by tonight if possible.. thanks

 

I'm sure a lot of Honda-techers will say if your car is relatively stock to stay with the stock throttle body bore. I believe you won't need anything bigger unless you have bigger cams.

 

70mm way to big for your setup. Go with a 65mm if you decide to get cams, if not, stick to the stock t.b.

yeah 70mm is wayyy to big. For you, i would get a 64mm just to match with your IM because the skunk2 IM opening is 64mm. Anything bigger, you better port match your IM so it flows freely, or else its gonna really hurt your flow.

 

70mm and up are good for turbo or supercharge car, i would go with 66-68mm on the throttle body port to match intake mani with it.
