i was @ circuit city in Daly City, California. i saw a fellow white integra, so i decided to park next to it, to my suprise it was a 98 championship white itr with oem jdm wheels, jdm front, and i believe mugen bumper? the weird thing is that it had a Texas license plate. anyone own this R? the car was also armed with two clubs

only because if you have a tx plate, your vehicle is registered in tx, where emissions are different, correct? like where i live, we have "aircare" my friend lives in penticton, about a 4 hour drive from my place, where theres no aircare. register my car there, and i never have to go through the screening and pay them money.
