This has been covered a few times. Did you search the archives?
Anyway, You'll need a P28 or equivilant ECU, reuse the complete CRX Driverside Mount (Body and motor pieces), Run wires from the ECU Jumper to the VTEC components and 4 Wire O2 Sensor, Repin or buy jumper for Distibutor wiring. Since your CRX is 90-91 you can reuse your HF Injectors so you don't have to mess with removing the Injector Resistor Box. If your HF was 88-89 then you would have to use the Injectors that came with the motor (requires removing resistor box) or buy some Peak and Hold Injectors that are 240 cc. 88-89 HF are 190cc and will choke your motor if you were to try to use them. Ask me how I know
I'm a local that has done a JDM D15B VTEC swap in my old 89 CRX HF and could come by and help you out if you need. Representing Greensboro NC
