setting cam timing without a dyno??
set up is gsr with 11.8:1 compression, port and polished gsr head with upgraded valve train and M24 cams, head was also shaved .040".
i was reading another thread and seen a guy that had low compression numbers and it was said that it could be because his head was milled so it retarded his cam timing. my cams gears are set 0 0. heres the question, if my cam timing was retarded would it give me lower then normal compression test results? i read this in another post, anybody ever try it?
