what type of 1/4 times would the above run (approx)?

save your money and get a regular b16a and build it from there...

1st gen b16a is around $500(no trans) 160hp
2nd gen b16 is around $1500-2000(no trans) 170hp
CTR is around $4000-5000 180hp(i think)

If youre going to waste money at least get an ITR motor

Go with a b18c5 instead the b16b. IMO the b16b is not worth the amount of money that it would cost.
