Do the 96-00 Civic or S2000 steering wheels fit the RSX?
My buddy needs to replace his steering wheel and is having a hardtime finding a jdm steering wheel with out paying 450+
doesn't the 96-00 CTR steering wheel fit
and the AP1 S2000 steering wheel fit also?

Both work. Eran has an RSX wheel in his '97 Civic even.
I'm not sure if the airbags would work though. I know the 6th gen ('96-'00) Civics are single stage.
Take off your airbag and look behind it. If it has one plug it's ingle stage and if it has two it's dual stage.
