Default 98 integra JDM Swap; Whats better LSVTec or H Series?

I just got done an LS Vtec (JDM B16 Head, LS Block & Crank, Eagle Rods, Mahle 71mm 9 to 1 Compression Pistons, Inline Pro LS VTEC Conversion Kit, Skunk2 Intake Manifold, ARP head Studs, RC 440 Injectors, JDM GSR Automatic Trans ECU, K&N Short Ram Air Intake) and my next mod would be a tranny swap to manual then boost BUT Im not sure about my engine anymore. I was wondering what If I sold it and went with an H series engine, like h22. I was just thinking that since the H series is like the "Big block" of Honda. Of the LS Vtec is better, what other engine work can I do before boost. I just been doing my research and Im stuck lol. Let me know! Thanks!

I've had a h22a in my EK, and the torque at low rpms was nice, but I've gone b-series turbo and it's alot easier to deal with then a H22a. Stick with a B series and turbo it. They're easier to work on and they won't break stuff on your car like the H22 did to my mounts.

if you're definitely going to boost, stick with your bseries. an h is gonna be a PITA for sure. plus, idk a whole lot about h series boost but i hear that the b is preferable to the h because the h series has weak sleeves and no oil squirters (or something like that) i believe? i know there's more to it than that but the last thing you want is to crack a cylinder wall.

i havent really looked at a whole dyno graph but what you have right now puts out as much hp(if not more) and torque as a h22.

H22, would be the most reliable choice.

go for the H man.... use the h2b kit and you get the best of all worlds, "H" tourqe with "B" gearing. there is aftermarket support for the H , just as not as big as for the B. they are not as bullet proof like b serious whn it comes to turbo, but you can make some great power. it all depends what YOU want out of ur car.........
