Got Clutch?
My friend posted this on another board I go to. He works at the Honda service department.

the clutch blew on it. it was pretty crazy so i took some pics.
they warrrenty the clutch.
the whole shop smells like burnt clutch all day its the worste smell possible.

You'd definantly have to try really hard in order to expletive it up that bad. I'd say the throwout bearing or something failed, leading to the clutch getting severly owned

This is the exact reason my 16 year old son WILL NOT learn how to drive a clutch in my SI. I will be buying him a POS VW bug to learn on. I can fix anything on a VW bug with my eyes closed and they are dirt cheap to repair.

This is what happens when you dump the clutch at 5000rpm. then while said teenage idiot was mashing through the highways and byways of our great interstates he decides to shift from 4th to 1st at 6500rpm
