I think it is Bellevue Community College. Wasn't there a girl who recently bought a jdm fronted py R and mentioned something about going to bcc??

lol it's ok, my friend's 98 cw itr was stolen at bcc a few years ago. thieves aren't new there.
earlier this month, bellevue police actually setup a sting there. they used a civic as a bait car and the thieves actually stole it. the car shut off a mile down the road and the doors automatically locked the jacker inside. 2 motorcycle cops ended up picking him up and later arresting his buddy in a near by town.

Not neccessarily- All he said was BCC - Keepin' it low pro but just enough info for the owner of the vehicle to chime in. He didn't stuff like 'Corner of 1st and Harmon next to the liquor' . Just an abbreviated place that if we can't figure out then it ain't our car
