Default Power door locks actuators stopped working with Clifford Matrix RSX 3.5

Question: Anyone know how to reset the alarm so it would give power back to the power door lock actuators? So I have a clifford rsx 3.5 running to DEI door actuators and so when u lock the car the actuators usually work. But after i redid the connections it seemed to stop working.

Any ideas?

I tried looking for power from the alarm but couldn't get any voltage signal.
I think i need to reset the alarm.

Yes there is, there is no "resetting" for door lock outputs, the Clifford Matrix RSX 3.5 has low current -/+ door lock outputs, so you are using the DEI door lock module or a pr. of SPDT relays.

You say you rewired the door locks, what did you do? 94

my set up is odd since i have jdm doors so the wiring is all jacked. So i have installed DEI actuators but the doors come prewired. I figured i could connect the two (-) triggers to the lock and unlock of the oem jdm power door lock module. little did i know the alarm is wired differently for the two setups. So i think i fried something cuz the alarm stopped sending the (-) trigger signals.

Thats why i think the alarm needs to be reset cuz the current isn't going out anymore.

As I said, there is no reset, if you "fried" something, it will stay fried.

You have disconnected the door lock outputs, [green and blue] from wherever they where connected, and tested the outputs and there is no pos.(+) or neg.(-) output from either the green or blue leads when you arm and disarm the alarm? 94

I brought it back to the alarm installer. they said the bad connections at the actuators caused the alarm to fail. But i think they reprogrammed the alarm transponder also.

OIC, the alarm stopped working, not just the door locks, the way you posted looked like it was the actuators that were not working.
Then yes, they may have reprogrammed the remote control. 94
